Twixl Publisher 11.0 (33962 - 20 March 2020)

Moved to a unified code base across the board for Twixl Viewer Classic, the Twixl app, the iOS simulator and custom apps - this should prevent that users see unexpected behaviour when viewing content in the different components

Lots of under the hood updates on Android to accommodate for the latest Android releases
Support for longer page sizes on phones so that it has the same limits as tablets
Added support for sending scheduled push notifications
Re-added support for Google Analytics after it had been removed in October 2019, because of Google changes
Loads of smaller bug fixes
